Free Disney+ With Club Lloyds Bank Account
Club Lloyds Current Account customers can get an annual Disney+ Premium subscription as a free benefit. The account does charge a £3/month fee but that’s waived every month you deposit £2,000 into the account. Learn more about Club Lloyds Lifestyle Benefits.
New/Upgrading O2 Customers Get 6 Months Free Disney+
Buy or upgrade to an O2 phone or SIM-only contract and you’ll get 6 months of Disney+ free.
Existing O2 Customers Get £2 Off Monthly Phone Bill With Disney+
Existing O2 customers can pay for Disney+ via their phone bill and get £2 bill credit per month (£24/year saving). Just add Disney+ as an O2 Extra.
10% Off Disney+ With Virgin Media Stream
Virgin Media Broadband customers can get Virgin Media Stream, Virgin’s TV Streaming Device, for £35 and get 10% credit back on their Disney+ subscription if they sign up through Virgin Stream. Credit will be applied to the Virgin bill. Existing Disney+ subscribers can also take advantage of this discount. Just bear in mind that the standard 17% annual Disney+ discount beats this offer.
Split The Cost of Disney+ To Save Money
Consider splitting the cost of Disney+ with family or friends who live outside your household. Consider adding them as an extra member then splitting the total cost to save money. For example:
Disney+ Standard (Monthly) + Extra Member = £13.98/month or £6.99/month split 2 ways
Andrew’s Top Ways To Save on Disney+
The Club Lloyds offer (above) is definitely the way to go if you want free Disney+ Premium for the whole year with little effort.
If you just want to try out Disney+ or you’re looking for a more flexible subscription that you can cancel anytime, see if you can get a discount through Tesco Clubcard points or your existing phone/TV provider (options above).
With streaming services, I often find that chopping and changing is the way to go. I create a watchlist of Disney+ movies/TV shows using JustWatch then once I’m inclined to subscribe, I’ll pay, watch and then cancel. That reduces the amount of overlapping streaming services that I’m paying for which saves a lot of money over time.
In any case, if you’re paying with a cashback or points-earning credit or debit card, you’ll save a little extra money.
